The aim of the BON Early Investigator Society (BONEIS) is to support scientists at the early stages of their research career as we believe there is an amazing opportunity to establish a society within the areas of brain, ocular and nutrition research for the early investigator.
The mission of this society is simple and that is “to stimulate and reward early investigators“ attending the 2018 BON Conference. You might be wondering…who can become an EIS member? Answer: any researcher who is a postgraduate student or has five years or less postdoctoral experience. Please click on the following link to join the EIS Society
As a starting point, we are very pleased to announce that, as part of the main event of BON 2018, the poster session and the invited investigator presentation session will actively form the core elements of the 2018 conference. The BON conference will also offer the awards.
1. Howard Foundation Travel Grants– 1st place €1,250 and 2nd place €750 scholarship: Open to any scientist that becomes a member of the BON EIS and submits an abstract before Jan 31, 2018 (5 pm EST). You can submit your abstract using the following link.
